All sales are final. If you purchased a series of services or packages you may exchange them for another treatment or for store credit only.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges equal to the value of the treatment or package purchase. The exchange value can be used towards the purchase price of a new treatment or package.

Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@thebodie.co.
